They are very systems focused, due to their common background of big or corporate experience.
They understand the road ahead due to working with bigger businesses, commonly well in excess of $20 Million revenue.
With a strong understanding of facts and figures, along with financials they understand a lot about cash flow and profit margins.
Like a business coach, they don’t provide ready to use, ‘drop-in’ systems for their clients. They can generally custom-build spreadsheets for clients or analyse their existing ones.
