Decades ago Tim was inspired by how Rupert Murdoch managed each of his 23 Sydney companies remotely from other countries by seeing their management reports. Tim realised that managing a business by figures was the ultimate. Also, numbers never lie and the right ones create 100% accountability with every employee.
After that day Tim spent years learning about management and reporting including taking on accounting firms as clients to fully understand finances. Thanks to his extensive sales and marketing background, he understood the key metrics in measuring these areas but wanted to focus more on productivity and financial metrics to increase profit margins.
Introducing measuring methods for sales, productivity and financials led to rapid and substantial increases in the Net Profit Margin Margins of businesses. Clients saw net profit increases in the multiple hundreds of percent, and in some cases, exceeding one thousand percent. That equated to hundreds of thousands more in Net Profit, in less than a year.
